A girl dream

I saw a my cousins studying at the university and in my min I imaginated me going to COLEGIO.

The years passed and I went to high school. After three years I finished my high school. I filled all the necessary papers to the entrnace for Colegio. All the days I went to my grandmother house to check if the postal service gives to me my acceptance letter. The days passed and I dont received a letter from the admission department that says you are admitted to study at UPR mayaguez. Uff that the most exciting moment in my life. When I read that letter my pain for be at Colegio were off. That's the way I relieve my pain.

with happy memories

From a 100 x 35 country
From a tropical paradise
with clean and blue beaches
and a lot of lakes

bad or good
that's my place
and I am so grateful
to God for living here

Is the bomba only for black people?

When the people hears the word BOMBA thinks in black people. Everyone has the opportunity to learn about dance BOMBA. I feel some people include racism in the traditions of a culture. You can't discriminate people because their black or white color. For dance you only need the knowledge and desire. BOMBA is a very joyful music to have fun and keep culture alive. Black people have more swing and love for dance BOMBA. Maybe thats the thing why many people thinks BOMBA is for latino and african race. White people can dance everytime BOMBA but they need to learn how to dance good.

Two perceptions about UPR strike

The police intervention in the UPR strike was so indignant. The police officers needs more and efficients trainings to work with the students. Students were not responsible about the police actions. Police officers have misued their power. They work like wild people. Cops were all the time in a defensive attitude atacking the students with out reasons.

Students were all the time provoking the cops. The cops were defending theirselves from the students. The students during the strike were defending their rights in a bad way. They were insulting and using unrespectful words to the cops. I think the students during the strike did not show anything education.

I crash my neighbor's girlfrgiend car
That make me nervious and spechless
The car's alarm started to scream
The owner of the car comes to saw what happend
Everyone went to the street to saw the cars
We looked the cars and luckily they were okay.
